My Cupilo Reviews

30-day return policy with free shipping/returns is stated on the site, which reduces purchase risk.

1-year warranty is advertised, with an option to extend to 3 years by contacting support.

The product pages emphasize heat, shiatsu/deep-knead features, and customizable settings, which may appeal to buyers looking for a feature-rich massager.

The contact page lists a physical business address, phone number, and response window within 48 hours, which adds some accountability.

The billing terms include broad language excluding liability and allowing price changes, which is less consumer-friendly than simpler terms.

The return policy says returns are free, but some conditions depend on CuPiLo support approval and valid proof of purchase, so returns may not be fully automatic.

Warranty coverage does not include refurbished products.

Product claims like relief for nerve disorders and plantar fasciitis are marketing claims and should be treated cautiously unless independently verified.

The site text is somewhat inconsistent on support email branding, showing both [email protected] and [email protected], which may create confusion.
